6 – Order – Delivery – Warranty
The DELIVERY time indicated at the time of ordering is given as an indication only and is in no way guaranteed. Consequently, any delay in the availability of the products shall not give rise to :
- the award of damages;
- allocation of penalties;
It is the CLIENT’s responsibility to check the goods delivered immediately upon delivery.
In the event of missing or damaged goods or apparent non-conformity, the CUSTOMER must make all necessary reservations on the delivery note upon receipt of said goods. These reservations must also be confirmed in writing within five working days of DELIVERY, by registered post with acknowledgement of receipt. Otherwise, the CLIENT is deemed to have accepted the goods without reservation. The SELLER reserves the right to carry out, directly or indirectly, all on-site inspections and verifications. The return of non-conforming PRODUCTS is subject to prior acceptance by the SELLER. Otherwise, the CLIENT is deemed to have accepted the PRODUCTS without reservation. Following his request, the CUSTOMER has ten working days to return the parts to the SELLER, in their original packaging and in their original condition. Upon validation of the return, the SELLER will send a return label to the CUSTOMER.
If the CLIENT wishes to return PRODUCTS, he/she may do so by email within fourteen calendar days from the date of receipt of his/her ORDER. Following his request, the CUSTOMER has ten working days to return the parts to the SELLER. The parts must be in their original packaging and in their original condition, the SELLER reserving the right to carry out, directly or indirectly, all on-site observations and verifications. The CLIENT must enclose the return request document sent by email by the seller. In this case, return shipping costs are at the CLIENT’s expense.
Each product is guaranteed for two years from the date of receipt.
